Christoph Hirth joins the Corporate Solutions department

As of July 1, 2022, Christoph Hirth will become Senior Advisor of the Corporate Solutions department at Metzler Capital Markets. This department provides acquisition, advisory and execution services for equity and debt capital markets transactions for German companies, especially those in the small- and mid-cap segment. Hirth was most recently Head of Debt Capital Markets at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe AG.

Christoph Hirth has an extensive network in the German investor and corporate landscape and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the finance industry, especially in the debt capital markets sector.

Metzler Bank's Capital Markets division offers advisory services to institutional clients in equity, bond and forex market transactions in Germany and abroad. One main focus of the Corporate Solutions department is to advise companies on IPOs, rights issues, capital increases, placements of already issued shares, share buybacks, bonds and promissory note loans.
